Jut got a Blackberry Bold 9780 from my brother. He insist me to use BB so I can communicate with my family in Indonesia. We already have Yahoo Messenger, SMS, Facebook chat, Google talk, Skype, and even Facebook chat, why do I need one? After playing a little bit with it, it turns out quite fun using a Blackberry. Just to remind me that Blackberry Messenger default image size attachment is 480 x 360 pixel. Now I can't concentrate, busy checking message, email and bbm from my new BB....sigh...
Below is a photo of my grandson, sent by my nephew from the Blackberry Messenger, check out the image size.

Australian Toilet
I wonder why there are no toilet showers in australian toilet. For us, Asian, tissue paper or toilet paper is not enough, we need water and a soap to clean our mess. Now I need to find out how to install this showers in my toilet, sigh. No I don't need a plumber, it's too expensive.

Street Photography Melbourne 2
Just another day around Melbourne. At that time I was only using one lens, Nikon 85mm F/1.8D, I am just too lazy to bring a pack of lenses on the back pack. Just one body and one lense, that's all I need now.

My Giant Transcend 2 (2011)
No, I am not a cyclist, it's just because I don't have a car (yet) and also the distance between my home to the nearest grocery store is quite far, so I decided to buy a bicycle as a cheapest transportation solution. Fortunately, the store where I bought the bike was on a 25% discount, so I got a pretty good deal, got a price for AU$420 than the usual price AU$590, not bad huh. These are the pictures of my bicycle, Giant Transcend 2 (2011) taken with Nikon D90 and Nikon 35mm/F/1.8 G AFS.

DFO Essendon
Yesterday we went to DFO Essendon, not that far from CBD area. It's easy to go here, just take a Craigiburne line and stop at the Essendon station, and then from there take the bus route 903 to Mordialloc. It was my wife's idea to go here, coz she needs to buy some new clothes. I went to the JB Hi-Fi instead, near to the DFO, but the prices there were so ridiculuous, I went home with nothing. Pictures taken with Nikon D90 and Nikon 35mm F/1.8 G AFS.

Nikon 24mm F/1.8 G AFS DX ?
I love the perspective of my Nikon 35mm F/1.8 AFS DX on my Nikon F55 (fullframe film) than on my Nikon D90. On my Nikon D90 because of the crop factor my Nikon 35mm F/1.8 would become a 50mm lens. I love the angle of 35mm on fullframe, not too wide but wide enough to give a little bit of background for the portrait shoot, and still can make a nice bokeh. I just wish that Nikon would create the Nikon 24mm F/1.8 G AFS DX someday for our beloved Nikon DX. I know that there are already a Nikon 24mm F/1.4, but the price is a way to expensive for our tiny amateur/hobbyist wallet. If Nikon could make this lens with the price not more than US$250, I bet it would make another hit. I hope you read this Nikon.

Broccolli Tree
I love Melbourne, especially the suburb area, so quiet, peaceful and I found a lot of weird tree. Like this one, a broccolli tree maybe? I took this pic with my brand new lens Tamron 10-24, I love this lens very much, you will see a lot of my pic taken by this lens.

Hello Melbourne
Time passes so quickly, it's almost been 3 months since my second touch with Australia on April 2011. Now it's winter in Melbourne, people are rarely gone outside, they are always in a hurry to get to the warm area. And it's also have been two month since my maid is going back to Malaysia. Australian Immigration only gave my maid a month to stay in Australia and after that she has to go back to Indonesia. Life is a little bit though now since she's been gone. But look at the bright side, now I can cook, yes I can cook, no one believe it that I can cook now.
