Just uploaded my Ipod Touch movie on youtube. It's in HD only, there's no other option in Ipod Touch. I think the movie mode in Ipod Touch is much-much better than the picture mode.

Taken by ipod touch 4th gen. The first picture was bathed by effect from Instagram, the second one is the original. I think Instagram destroyed much of the detail of the photo.

My Ipod Touch 4th Gen Camera
My Ipod touch 4th gen camera is not that bad even though it's only 960x720 pixel. No, please don't try to take a photo in the dim light, it will make your pic worst. This type of device is best if you use it in the bright light area. If you want to take a better picture I suggest you buy the iphone 4s. This is what you want isn't it Steve? Read this link for the ipod touch camera review. Like the review said, the camera in the new Ipod Touch is better than nothing. Agreed.

Bye-bye Steve Jobs
I think it's quite interesting to read the status of my friends facebook about Steve Jobs death. No one in the IT industry except him got so many respects and salute from ordinary people like us. I wonder if Bill Gates died, will he get the same respect like Steve Jobs?

Sun Theatre Yarraville
Yesterday I went to the Sun Theatre Yarraville. I chose this theatre because it was the nearest theatre from my home, just 15 minutes by train. Usually if I want to watch a movie I will go to the Hoyts theatre in Melbourne Central, but that theatre it's quite far, I have to change train 2 times, and it took me more than half an hour to go there.
The surrounding area of the Yarraville area is quite nice, there are many shops, cafe's and restaurant to choose. There are also a small but cute book shop in the Sun theater, it's called The Sun Book Shop. The ticket price is 2 dollar cheaper than Hoyts Cinema, it's only AU$16, compare to AU$18 in Hoyts. Monday and Tuesday the ticket price is 10 dollar. Other than that day is 16 dollar.
The movie start at 11.45 am and I realized that no one else watched the movie except me. Duh, it was Monday noon!!I felt a little bit odd and awkward being alone in the theatre on that day. The movie title is 'The Bad Teacher' stars by Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake. It was an ok movie, not really recommended movie and Cameron Diaz still have a 'wow' body but her face cannot lie, she's getting old.
I kinda like this theatre, because it's near to my home, near to the train station and the important thing, the ticket price is 2 dollar cheaper than the Hoyts. I also notice that the people who come to this theatre on that day are mostly the grandpa and the grandma or the pensioners. Maybe someday I should try come to this place on week end.

Blackberry Messenger Default Image Size
Jut got a Blackberry Bold 9780 from my brother. He insist me to use BB so I can communicate with my family in Indonesia. We already have Yahoo Messenger, SMS, Facebook chat, Google talk, Skype, and even Facebook chat, why do I need one? After playing a little bit with it, it turns out quite fun using a Blackberry. Just to remind me that Blackberry Messenger default image size attachment is 480 x 360 pixel. Now I can't concentrate, busy checking message, email and bbm from my new BB....sigh...
Below is a photo of my grandson, sent by my nephew from the Blackberry Messenger, check out the image size.

Australian Toilet
I wonder why there are no toilet showers in australian toilet. For us, Asian, tissue paper or toilet paper is not enough, we need water and a soap to clean our mess. Now I need to find out how to install this showers in my toilet, sigh. No I don't need a plumber, it's too expensive.

Street Photography Melbourne 2
Just another day around Melbourne. At that time I was only using one lens, Nikon 85mm F/1.8D, I am just too lazy to bring a pack of lenses on the back pack. Just one body and one lense, that's all I need now.

My Giant Transcend 2 (2011)
No, I am not a cyclist, it's just because I don't have a car (yet) and also the distance between my home to the nearest grocery store is quite far, so I decided to buy a bicycle as a cheapest transportation solution. Fortunately, the store where I bought the bike was on a 25% discount, so I got a pretty good deal, got a price for AU$420 than the usual price AU$590, not bad huh. These are the pictures of my bicycle, Giant Transcend 2 (2011) taken with Nikon D90 and Nikon 35mm/F/1.8 G AFS.

DFO Essendon
Yesterday we went to DFO Essendon, not that far from CBD area. It's easy to go here, just take a Craigiburne line and stop at the Essendon station, and then from there take the bus route 903 to Mordialloc. It was my wife's idea to go here, coz she needs to buy some new clothes. I went to the JB Hi-Fi instead, near to the DFO, but the prices there were so ridiculuous, I went home with nothing. Pictures taken with Nikon D90 and Nikon 35mm F/1.8 G AFS.

Nikon 24mm F/1.8 G AFS DX ?
I love the perspective of my Nikon 35mm F/1.8 AFS DX on my Nikon F55 (fullframe film) than on my Nikon D90. On my Nikon D90 because of the crop factor my Nikon 35mm F/1.8 would become a 50mm lens. I love the angle of 35mm on fullframe, not too wide but wide enough to give a little bit of background for the portrait shoot, and still can make a nice bokeh. I just wish that Nikon would create the Nikon 24mm F/1.8 G AFS DX someday for our beloved Nikon DX. I know that there are already a Nikon 24mm F/1.4, but the price is a way to expensive for our tiny amateur/hobbyist wallet. If Nikon could make this lens with the price not more than US$250, I bet it would make another hit. I hope you read this Nikon.

Hello Melbourne
Time passes so quickly, it's almost been 3 months since my second touch with Australia on April 2011. Now it's winter in Melbourne, people are rarely gone outside, they are always in a hurry to get to the warm area. And it's also have been two month since my maid is going back to Malaysia. Australian Immigration only gave my maid a month to stay in Australia and after that she has to go back to Indonesia. Life is a little bit though now since she's been gone. But look at the bright side, now I can cook, yes I can cook, no one believe it that I can cook now.

Problem With Internet Explorer 9
I just download and installed internet explorer 9 to my Windows 7. The installation process was quiet fast, but it's typical Windows, you need to restart your windows 7 after succesfully installed the ie9. But somehow on a facebook, there's something unusual, like the 'write a comment box' suddenly appear in a middle of the text conversation, it just cannot presenting the website correctly. It's ok but a litle bit annoying for me. There's also a problem with the blogger.com website. If you try to press the button 'publish post' nothing will happen. I had to use my google chrome to login to my blog in blogger.com and press the 'publish post' button just for that, and voila, it works on google chrome. C'mon Windows, it's a Facebook and Blogger.com website, everyone in the world is using it now, you should check this problem before you made it official.
Update
I have been using this browser for 2 days and I've found that there's a lot of problem with this browser. I am planning to go back to Google Chrome.
